• The poster should be set up and removed as follows:
  For presenters who present at the Poster Presentation 1 on Day 2 (13:00-14:00, November 9)
  - The poster must be set up before the Poster Presentation 1 starts.
  - The posters will be displayed during the presentation day, but it must be removed before the end of the schedule on the 9th.
  For presenters who present at the Poster Presentation 2 on Day 3 (13:00-14:00, November 10)
  - The poster must be set up before the Poster Presentation 2 starts.
  - The posters must be removed as soon as the Poster Presentation 2 is finished because the poster panels will be removed right after the Poster Presentation 2.
• Materials will be provided for affixing posters to the poster boards at the session place.
• Please note that the secretariat does not take any responsibility for unclaimed posters.
• The poster presenter must be available to answer questions at the poster during the session.
• Please note the poster's dimensions as below:
  - Maximum dimensions of the poster board: Width=90cm, Height=160cm

If you have not registered for the conference, please do so on the website by October 21. All presenters are required to register for the congress.
